Sometimes you may have just one issue in life you may be struggling with or a decision to make which does not require a full course of counselling. You may want to talk things through or explore the issue to help you make a decision, with someone who is outside of you friends and family circle. Single session therapy is useful for this.
How does it work?
It is a longer session (90 minutes) which allows you the time and space to think and talk through your issue, providing you with clarity and empowering you to make the decision which is right for you.
£55 per session. Each session lasts 90 mins.
