For those who prefer to be outdoors. We meet at a local spot usually a local park and walk along the path whilst talking therapy occurs.
Single Session Therapy
Sometimes you may have just one issue in life you may be struggling with or a decision to make which does not require a full course of counselling.
Are you going around in circles having the same arguments or discussions with nothing being resolved? Having problems talking about things or not talking at all? Having problems with sex or intimacy? This service is for any couple regardless of sexual orientation.
Worried about school? Not fitting in? Stressed about exams? Not being heard or anxious about other things in life? Asha can provide a safe environment for you to work through and talk about any of these issues in an empathic, non-judgemental space while providing coping strategies as needed.
I have a genuine interest in supporting and promoting mental health and wellbeing in the farming community. Being a farmers daughter and growing up on a working farm I understand the stresses and challenges that farming life and the farming calendar brings.
We can offer an alternative to EAP service, providing you with stress management sessions and/or mindfulness for small groups of employees, help you with your understanding of mandatory mental health workplace responsibilities and if required, provide individual counselling sessions for employees.
