I won’t tell you what to do, but will help you get clarity, peace, understanding and acceptance. Using an integrative approach, providing an empathic, non-judgemental, safe environment for you to explore whatever you bring into the room.
How does it work?
Individual therapy may be face to face, online via skype, or over the telephone. Whenever or whatever suits your needs.
Each session is £35 per session and 50 minutes long.
