Children can have everyday worries and concerns which they can have difficulty in expressing. By using play therapy, we can work through those worries to help the child develop coping strategies, self esteem and resilience.
We use a variety of mediums such as games, sand play, and art to enable them to explore and understand their feelings.
How does it work?
The sessions are confidential between the child and the counsellor, except in any circumstances where safeguarding issue has been raised.

It helps them to work out their feelings while building resilience and coping strategies along with their self-esteem.
